Half Brogue Oxford

Brogueing is the description for the typical perforation, whereby a large hole alternates with two small ones. Half Brogues always have a straight shoe tip.
Oxford, describes the basic cut of the model whereby the opening of the lacing closes to a point.
The second important basic cut is the Derby. With the Derby, the shoe opens in the lacing with two flaps. An example for a Derby cut would be the Norwegian. |
