Dear prospective customer Recently it has become common to use ‘hand-made’, ‘hand finished’ and similar expressions even in relation to sport and running shoes. This is not completely erroneous but it is misleading because although all of these industrially produced items ‘pass through someone’s hands’ of course, they are not a hand-crafted product in the way our Saint Crispin’s PRET line is. Our shoes are created in a workshop with ten employees who produce 80 pairs of PRET shoes a month alongside our bespoke shoes. |
